about me
Life is a gift that is both magnificent and complicated. I help people navigate both truths. I strive to enjoy the wonders and the beauty of life. I train to keep my eyes on the Author of my story and trust that He will continue to do His good work regardless of the complications.
I am the director of the Washington Metropolitan Airports Interfaith Chapels. My main focus is as the senior chaplain at Reagan National, but I also lead chaplains serving in both Reagan and Dulles airports. It is a great responsibility for us to serve all those in the airports who seek after God in providing a sacred space and open hands to help as many as we can. We believe it important to be a welcome place to show the world a way to express our freedom of religion. ( To read more about my time as a chaplain check this out: Washington Post article.)
I have been in leadership positions in nonprofits and church ministries since the mid 90s. I have been trained with a Masters in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Doctorate in Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary. I have been equipped as coach certified by the International Coaching Federation. All that education and experience has created a zeal to be a life long learner. So feel free to ask what I am reading and what I am learning.
I have written about my journey with my son through terminal brain cancer and other topics in my blog. Feel free to check it out below…
