My job is to help you stay calm amidst a shifting economy—anchoring you with wisdom, facts and awareness throughout your journey.

No one can do it alone. As a coach, I come from outside the organization to be a source of strength and calm.

You know the organization the best. You know yourself and your team better than anyone. I give you the space to step back, and see what you may not, amidst of your work.

I will help you see, hear and focus on what’s important… not just what is most pressing or urgent.
